REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Transportation & Port Management (KALK), Marine Science, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping operations (Tug & Barge experience is preferred)
• Understanding of shipping documents
• Knowledge of port operations and basic maritime regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting
• Good communication skills, honest, responsible, and quick in solving operational issues
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Monitor vessel positions (vessel tracking)
• Ensure vessel departure and arrival schedules follow the stowage plan and charterer instructions
• Coordinate with port agents for vessel in/out clearance
• Handle port permits, berthing, loading, and unloading approvals
• Monitor vessel logistics, including bunker fuel, fresh water, spare parts, and crew supplies
• Supervise vessel operations from open trip to close trip
• Monitor loading and unloading activities at ports or transshipment areas
• Minimize waiting time and demurrage
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vessel reports (Position Report, Trip Report)
• Record fuel consumption and other operational documentation accurately
• Conduct ship visits for vessels operating
• Prepare ship visit documentation and reports
